Join Caged Steel Communities every Thursday evening from 7:30 PM to 8:30 PM at Trinity Academy, Thorne, starting on 11th September.

Whether you’re a complete beginner or looking to improve your existing skills, our kickboxing sessions are designed to be inclusive and enjoyable for everyone.

Over 6 weeks, you’ll learn fundamental kickboxing techniques, enhance your fitness levels, and have a fantastic time alongside other motivated women. No prior experience is needed, just bring your energy and enthusiasm!

You don’t need to live locally to participate, everyone is welcome as long as you can conveniently travel to Trinity Academy. Places are limited, so book your spot now and become part of a vibrant community dedicated to fitness, empowerment, and positivity!
