I acknowledge that my participation in the Kickboxing for Fitness Course involves physical activity and martial arts training. I understand and accept that there are inherent risks associated with such activities, including but not limited to the risk of injury.

By signing below, I agree to the following:
I am aware of my current fitness level and any pre-existing medical conditions or injuries that may affect my participation. I have disclosed this information accurately in my registration form and will accept accountability for managing any conditions I have or have had.
I understand that the course may involve strenuous physical exertion and may require me to engage in activities that could result in physical contact or impact.

I commit to following all safety guidelines and instructions provided by the course instructors and staff. I will use appropriate protective gear and equipment when required.
I acknowledge that the instructors and organisers of the Kickboxing for fitness course are not responsible for any injuries or accidents that may occur during my participation, except in cases of wilful misconduct or negligence.
I understand that it is my responsibility to inform the instructor of any discomfort, pain, or concerns during training sessions.
I accept that no physical course can offer a complete guarantee of safety and that there is a risk involved regarding injury on undertaking such training.

By signing below, I voluntarily assume all risks associated with my participation in the Kickboxing for Fitness Course and release Caged Steel Communities and its representatives from any liability for injuries or accidents that may occur.
